After starting his career as an art director and graphic designer, in 2017 he decided to dedicate himself to artistic research and enrolled in the Master in Contemporary Image at the FMAV in Modena. In the same year, he started working as a freelance photographer, collaborating with prestigious national and international clients such as Blumarine, Bvlgari, Galleria Mazzoli, Liu Jo, the Max Mara Group, Pierre Louis Mascia, Philippe Model Paris and Yepoda. His images have graced the pages of major international publications such as Harper’s Bazaar, Sleek Magazine, M la Revista de Milenio, Schön! Magazine and Sportweek.
In 2018, together with Isabella Nardon, he founded muah! studio, an art direction and content creation workshop dedicated to luxury, design and culture. Since 2019, Jacopo has continued his research as a visual artist: in the same year, the Fondazione Modena Arti Visive added the work End of the Games to its collection. He has also participated in numerous group exhibitions and won important prizes, including the SI Fest Festival (2018, Savignano sul Rubicone), Anamnesis (2019, Ago Fabbriche Culturali, Modena), the European Photography Award (2019, Galerie Cité Internationale des Arts, Paris), Manifesto – Iconographies of Independence (2019, Nesxt, Turin), I exist only when I’m struck by the sun (2019, Palazzo Santa Margherita, Modena), the Combat Prize (2020, Livorno), the Bolzano Art Week (2021), Identity in Motion (2022, Bolzano) and We Are the Flood (2023, Museo Muse, Trento), a project curated by Stefano Cagol that explores the dialogue between art and science.
At the end of 2023, together with Isabella Nardon, they won the Marca Corona Prize for Art with the work Tutti giù per terra. Since then, the duo has consolidated their collaboration, participating in important events and exhibitions such as Divago Festival 24 in Genova (2024), MUDI – Cocoricò in Riccione (2024), Linguaggi in traduzione (Lanserhaus, Appiano – Bolzano, 2024) and Insorgi (Spazio Piera, Trento, 2025).
