Pellami (Hides) is a photographic site-specific work of classification and investigation on the iconic elements that compose the skin of the city of Sassuolo: the Royal Palace, an icon of the flourishing past, and the factory, a conceptual metaphor of the “Contemporary Royal Palace”.
We created an artist book and two posters in which the textures of the building dialogue with the textures of the factory in a overlapping of multilayers that, intertwining with each other, give life to a new image.
